RECESSION SESSION: If you want to boost your family album while having fun with friends and saving a pretty penny at the same time, book a group recession session. Get together a group of freinds, you plus at least two more, and i'll come to the location of your choice and photograph each of your children for $125 each. All my usual photo package prices* apply, but with the session fee at less than half the cost!

DOUBLE SESSION: Since kids grow up so fast, and there are so many memories to capture at each stage of life, i offer a more affordable way to continue your story through photographs! Book two photo sessions at one time and recieve 30% off your second session.
WHAT IT IS: I shoot Lifestyle Photography. What this means to you is I offer on-location candid lifestyle family, children, and newborn portraiture.
WHERE: I come to you! I will come to your home, your favorite park, or another location of your choice and spend about an hour and a half capturing you and your family in your natural environment.
INVESTMENT: It's $425 for everything : your entire session and a CD of high-resolution digital image files ready to print. No hidden costs later on. You get everything up front!
WHAT YOU GET: Instead of photograph prints, you are purchasing high-resolution image files on a CD along with unlimited copyright permission to each image. This means that you can print your images as many times as you want to, anywhere you like, and in any size you wish! You never have to contact me or pay me any additional fees to print your images time and time again! you are granted unrestricted use and rights to your images. Also included on the CD are complimentary files of all your images in a smaller, internet-friendly size, ready for uploading, slideshows, emailing, or loading onto an ipod. A great way to share your photos with family and friends!
For those who can't even begin to imagine how they would ever print digital images, delivered-to-your-door-print options are available for an additional fee. Prices vary depending on the size of the order placed, so I will create a customized print plan just for you! Plus, you still get the CD with all the digital files.
Melissa’s BA in psychology and art, along with her numerous years of experience in children’s art therapy and teaching, contribute to her ease in interacting with children, newborns, and their families. As a photographer, Melissa possesses a creative eye to capture priceless moments and create beautiful images you will cherish forever.

I shoot Lifestyle Photography. What this means to you is I offer on-location candid lifestyle family, children, and newborn portraiture. The best part is I come to you! I will come to your home, your favorite park, or another location of your choice and spend about an hour and a half capturing you and your family in your natural environment.
Newborn sessions are usually done within the first 10 days of life. This is when we capture all those tiny details that only last a few short days! These sessions should be booked during pregnancy to reserve your spot. The day after your delivery we schedule the exact time and date.
The traditional "1 year photos" are often best taken between 7-10 months, when the baby can sit well but has not yet learned to walk. They are often most attentive and their personalities are really starting to shine.
Maternity Photos are most often taken during the seventh month. Due to the unique experience of each woman, I work with you to find the best time to capture the beauty and development of your pregnancy.
Lifestyle images are great at any age, as it's all about capturing the life and spirit of the child! These photos capture the memories of a moment in your child and family's growth.
Digital Albums are a great option for people who like to "do it themself".
The high-resolution image file CD comes with unlimited copyright permission to each image. This means that you can print your images as many times as you want to, anywhere you like, and in any size you wish! You never have to contact me or pay me any additional fees to print your images time and time again!
